I’ve spent over two decades in the live events industry, touring the globe as a Musical Director, drummer, and pianist, performing everywhere from Glastonbury to luxury resorts, cruise ships to high-profile corporate events. It’s taken me to some incredible places and put me in the middle of some unforgettable moments.

But beyond the stage, I’ve always had a deep passion for the technical side of events—working behind the scenes, understanding how world-class audio, lighting, and visuals come together to create those magic moments. From hands-on experience with production teams to overseeing complex AV setups for live shows, I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and where the industry needed to evolve.

Along the way, I started to notice something—there was a gap in the industry. So many AV companies felt cold, complicated, and out of touch with what clients actually needed. I wanted to build something different. A company that spoke the language of both creativity and tech, where engineers were real people, willing to go the extra mile, and where clients actually understood and could visualise exactly what they were getting when reviewing a proposal.
